Macaroni and Milk

Every visit to my grandparents' house meant choosing between borscht and buttery kluski noodles with milk. Like most children, I knew exactly which one I was picking. This painting remembers those simple meals, the European chocolate that always followed, and the small moments that quietly become the memories we carry for a lifetime.
